Description
The Champagne Extra Brut Grand Cru Le Bout du Clos from the Jacques Selosse maison is a high-caliber example of champagne made from Pinot Noir grapes coming entirely from the Grand Cru vineyard of Ambonnay.
The harvest takes place exclusively by hand and the must obtained ferments in oak barrels. Followed by refermentation in the bottle according to the Champenoise method with subsequent aging for 48 months on its own yeasts.
In the glass it appears straw yellow in color, with a minute and persistent perlage. On the nose it offers aromas of white pulp fruit and spices, while on the palate it is intense, mineral and full.
It is excellent in combination with appetizers, white meats and fish-based dishes.
