Champagne Blanc de Blancs AOC 2013 Pol Roger

Pol Roger Champagne Blanc de Blancs was born in the renowned Champagne Ardenne.

It is entirely produced from Chardonnay grapes all harvested and selected in the best Grands Crus of the Côte des Blancs: Oiry, Chouilly, Cramant, Avize and Oger. Produced in limited quantities, this Cuvée was aged for 7 years before being placed on the market.

Champagne Blanc de Blancs is characterized by a golden yellow color with delicate green reflections. The nose opens with a sweet and elegant bouquet with primary hints of pink grapes, enriched with delicate notes of almond, flowers and apricot on the finish. On the palate it is pleasantly fresh, with a perfect balance between softness, acidity and flavor.

It is a perfect Champagne to be served during aperitifs and special occasions. It is also ideal for accompanying fish dinners.
