Description

Champagne Blanc de Blancs from the RSRV line, which stands for réservé, reserved, is one of the most prestigious labels of the GH Mumm maison produced in a limited edition: a selection of the best Chardonnay grapes from the Cramant Grand Cru, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs. Rest on the lees for at least 3 years.

In the glass it is endowed with a light yellow color with golden veins. Floral and fruity notes of citrus fruits accompany the olfactory path, in addition there are hints of pastry and bread crust. On the palate it is taut and balanced, with a surprisingly fresh and mineral finish.

Ideal to combine with raw fish, oysters or a seafood plateau.
