Champagne AOC Brut Cuvée Privilege G.H. Mumm

Champagne Brut Cuvée Privilege is the most representative bubbles of GH Mumm, enclosing in its essence the most genuine style of the historic maison.

It is the result of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier grapes, coming from the most suitable cru of Champagne, according to the philosophy of Georges Hermann Mumm, son of one of the founders who demanded "only the best". The assembly is expertly completed by a percentage of reserve wines that enrich the product with thickness and complexity. The rest is done by aging over the years and the light dosage of the cuvées, which together contribute to the maximum expression of the territory and the Mumm style.

GH Mumm Champagne Brut Cuvée Privilege appears intense golden in color, with a fine and compact perlage. The nose opens on fruity flavors of citrus, apricot and white peach, with delicious hints of nuts and yeast. In the mouth it is soft and fresh, with an admirable compositional balance.

Perfect to combine with appetizers and shellfish, it is fabulous with oysters or as an aperitif.
