Description

Etienne Lefevre's Champagne Brut Grand Cru Carte Blanche comes from vineyards located in Verzy, a French commune located in the Marne department in the Champagne-Ardenne region.

It is mainly produced with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, harvested exclusively by hand. The wine ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature and subsequently undergoes slow maturation.

Carte Blanche is characterized by a golden color with crystal reflections. The nose opens with a fresh, elegant and fruity bouquet, with aromas of yellow peach, pear and apple enriched with pleasant hints of warm bread. It is creamy on the palate and offers notes of ripe fruit and marzipan. The wine has a soft, intense and complex finish.

Perfect to accompany dishes based on fish, sushi, chicken with Champagne, it is ideal with desserts and pastries.
