Description

Champagne P2 - or Plénitude Deuxième - is one of the rarest Millesimates of the Dom Perignon maison, created by the visionary chef de cave Richard Geoffroy, which represents the ability of this priceless bubble to challenge time and gradually acquire greater fullness of flavor. In particular, this version expresses the second phase of refinement and fullness of taste which is the result of 16 years of elaboration.

Champagne with an intense golden yellow color and an elegant and persistent perlage, it presents a bouquet of hay and brioche, followed by persuasive notes of bergamot, peach and apricot. In the mouth it takes on a refined consistency and a rich dark mineral trace, which is accompanied by refined smoked nuances, of licorice and toasted malt.

Ideal in combination with caviar, it marries divinely with rich and elaborate haute cuisine dishes.
