Description
The Champagne Brut Tradition of the Veuve Doussot winery is born in vineyards located in the center of Cote des Bar, in southern Champagne.
It is produced 85% with Pinot Noir grapes and 15% with Chardonnay grapes, vinified respecting the Champagne tradition.
This Brut Tradition has a fine and persistent perlage and opens to the nose with pleasant hints of dried fruit and fresh notes of brioche. In the mouth it shows a great harmony, thanks to the assembly of several cuvées that manage to create continuity and quality regularity.
Excellent as an aperitif, it is ideal to accompany light appetizers and shellfish, in particular scampi.
