Description

Campo al Moro is a Chianti Classico produced on the hills of Chianti, where the altitude of 250 meters and the alkaline soils rich in stones offer ideal conditions for vine cultivation. The label fully represents the corporate identity of Casa Vinicola Luigi Cecchi e Figli, expressing the essence of the denomination.

Made mainly from Sangiovese grapes with a small percentage of other native grape varieties, the wine is vinified using traditional techniques at a controlled temperature. Fermentation and maceration last 18 days, followed by a minimum of two months of bottle aging that contributes to developing its balance and finesse.

In appearance, it shows a ruby red color with garnet reflections that develop with evolution. On the nose, it offers refined aromas, while on the palate, it impresses with intensity, persistence, and broad structure, with a balance that attests to the experience and attention given to its production.

It is ideal when paired with red meats and structured poultry-based dishes.
