Chianti DOCG 2015

Chianti Vannicelli is born on the hills in the province of Florence, from the historic vineyards of the Vannicelli family.

Produced exclusively with Sangiovese grapes, a dominant red grape variety in Tuscany, it is lightly aged in barrique. The products of the Pozzolatico Farm are vinified in a strictly traditional way and therefore can present a crystalline precipitation as evidence of the genuineness of the production.

It has an intense ruby red color, and is characterized by the typical fruity aroma of the blend, such as ripe cherry, enriched by floral notes of violet and rose. The taste is structured, soft, with a good balance between the pleasant sensation of freshness and tannins.

Ideal to serve in combination with first courses based on meat sauce, it is excellent accompanied by grilled and stewed red meats. Also perfect with game dishes.
