Description

The Chianti of Fattoria S. Quintino is born in vineyards located on the gentle hill of San Quintino, in the heart of San Miniato.

It is produced with Sangiovese and Canaiolo grapes. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28-30 ° C. Subsequently the wine ages in bottle for about 6 months.

It is characterized by an intense ruby red color. The nose opens with delicate aromas of ripe red fruits. On the palate it has a good structure, with pleasantly ripe tannins.

Perfect to accompany typical Tuscan dishes, such as roasts and red meats, it is ideal in combination with first courses and aged cheeses.
