Description
Barbera Garnacha di Erasmo is born in vineyards located in San Javier de Loncomilla, in the heart of the Maule Valley, Chile.
It is produced with Barbera, Garnacha and Carignan grapes, harvested and selected by hand in early April. Fermentation takes place, with short maceration, in stainless steel tanks, by indigenous yeasts.
Barbera Garnacha di Erasmo is characterized by a purple color. The nose opens with an intense bouquet of wild berries and chocolate, enriched with spicy notes. In the mouth it proves fruity and with a good freshness, medium-bodied and with a sweet and persistent finish.
Excellent as an aperitif, it is ideal in combination with fish and white meats.
