Interesting blend of territorial. Nose of white-fleshed fruit, with a mentholated touch in the background, taut, dense and persistent mouth.

Description

The White Collection by Fantini Farnese is born in vineyards facing south-east in the hinterland of the municipality of Ortona, in the province of Chieti.

The must obtained from the white berried grapes grown here, following the pressing and destemming, remains in contact with the skins for about 12 hours at an average temperature of 3 ° C, before being fermented. The winemaking process is aimed at enhancing the aromatic note of the native and international vines that make up the blend.

It has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections, while the nose releases aromas of white fruit, among which pear stands out. Fresh, enveloping and of great structure, it is characterized by an intense and persistent aftertaste.

Excellent as an aperitif, it is an ideal accompaniment to fish-based dishes.
