Description

The Colli Berici Carménère Riserva Oratorio San Lorenzo di Inama was born in vineyards located in the municipality of San Germano dei Berici, in the province of Vicenza.

It is produced from pure Carménère grapes, harvested and selected only by hand with the utmost care and attention. Fermentation takes place, with maceration in contact with the skins, for 14 days in vertical vats. After malolactic fermentation, the wine ages in new barriques and almost new for about 18 months, and in bottle for a further 12 months, before being marketed.

Of intense carmine color, the San Lorenzo di Inama Oratory Reserve opens to the nose with notes of red berries, enriched with spicy hints of cocoa and pepper. On the palate it is authoritative, well-structured, soft and pleasantly fresh.

It is perfect to accompany red meat dishes such as grilled or smoked pork, polenta and cold cuts and typical Venetian salami such as the sopressa vicentina DOP
