Colli Perugini DOC Grechetto 2015 Goretti

The Colli Perugini Grechetto di Goretti was born in vineyards located in Trebbio, in the Perugian municipality of Costacciaro.

It is produced entirely with Grechetto grapes, harvested only by hand in early September. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at controlled temperature and, subsequently, the wine is refined for a short period in the bottle before being placed on the market.

The Grechetto di Goretti is characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with a large fruity bouquet of pineapple, banana, yellow peach and Williams pear, enriched with notes of broom and almond blossoms. In the mouth it is fresh and fruity, with a pleasant finesse and balance that accompany a persistent finish.

Excellent as an aperitif, this white wine is perfect to combine with white meat and fish dishes.
