Description
Derthona di Broglia comes from a selection of Timorasso grapes, from vineyards facing south at 300–350 meters above sea level, located on a limestone soil.
Vinified exclusively in small steel tanks that store the wine for at least 18 months, the subsequent ageing in bottle enhances its characteristics such as structure and minerality.
Intense straw yellow in colour, it has a fine and elegant nose with vegetal notes of Mediterranean scrub, floral hints of elderberry and hawthorn, together with hints of pulp fruit. In the mouth it is crunchy, savoury and with the right minerality.
A wine that combines seafood first courses and grilled fish but is also able to accompany white meats and typical appetizers based on veal with tuna sauce.
