Description

The Collio Ribolla Gialla of the Isidoro Polenicic Winery is born in the vineyards located in the municipality of Cormons, in Friuli Venezia Giulia.

It is produced entirely from Ribolla Gialla grapes selected by expert hands and harvested manually in mid-September. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperature, then the wine ages partly in French oak barrels and partly in stainless steel tanks.

This Ribolla Gialla is characterized by a pale straw yellow color, the nose opens with a refined floral bouquet, with hints of linden and acacia. On the palate it is delicate, fresh and elegant, this wine is perfect to drink in summer thanks to its great lightness.

It is ideal to serve during summer aperitifs with oysters and seafood, it is excellent in combination with seafood risotto with seafood or fish second courses.
