Description
White representative of Washington, Eve is recognized for the fruity scent that immediately recalls the apples grown in the capital of the United States. Apples so good as to remember the famous forbidden fruit that earned Adam and Eve the expulsion from Eden on earth.
Fermented in steel to enhance its fruity fragrance, it undergoes a quarter of a vinification in oak barrels.
Wide in the scents, it opens with hints of pear, Honeycrisp apple and lemon dessert, supported by a touch of minerality. In the mouth it is dry, creamy and soft.
Ideal with garlic fries or grilled fish.
