Description
Lo Steccaia La Regola is a blend of Vermentino and Sauvignon Blanc grapes that comes from vineyards raised at 50 meters above sea level on soils of Mediterranean red earth and sands of Pleocene origin.
At the end of the harvest, the carefully selected bunches are softly pressed and the must obtained ferments in steel vats at a controlled temperature. The wine ages in steel for 5 months and ages for at least 2 months in the bottle.
The color is straw yellow. The nose opens on saline hints, aromas of peach and spices. In the mouth you can appreciate its full structure, its juicy freshness and the long and persistent finish.
It goes well with fish-based dishes, fresh cheeses and white meats.
