Description

àuricA Vermentino is a Costa Toscana produced by Tenute Folonari, a fresh and dynamic interpretation of the Tuscan coast. Made from pure Vermentino, it expresses the free and maritime spirit of the àuricA line, characterized by fragrant and immediate wines able to highlight the typical aromas of the grape variety in a modern and captivating style.

The winemaking process is aimed at preserving aromatic integrity and freshness, enhancing the natural liveliness of Vermentino. In the cellar, great attention is paid to maintaining a balance between fruity notes and savoriness, in order to obtain a harmonious, smooth, and very enjoyable white wine.

It presents itself with a bright straw yellow color. On the nose, summer melon notes emerge, with a fragrant, crisp, and fresh profile that recalls the sea breeze. On the palate, it is tropical and lively, with youthful and carefree aromas, never trivial, sustained by a pleasant sapidity that makes each sip playful and suitable for any occasion.

Excellent served chilled as an aperitif, it pairs well with delicate seafood and land appetizers, Mediterranean pasta dishes, fish courses, and fresh cheeses.
