Description

#Lou blanc Côtes de Provence Peyrassol is a blend of Vermentino, Sémillon, and Ugni Blanc. This white wine is the result of a careful selection of the best terroirs and grapes, grown on Triassic clay and limestone soils enriched with a significant presence of pebbles.

The viticulture and mechanical harvesting during the coolest hours of the night, by grape variety, underscore the commitment to sustainability and quality. Traditional vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, followed by brief ageing on fine lees to preserve the wine's aromatic profile.

This wine displays a golden color with green highlights. On the nose, notes of white fruits such as peach and pear precede a bouquet of citrus. On the palate, it is light, lively, and yet silky, making it easy to drink and refreshing, with a citrusy finish that adds to its complexity.

It pairs beautifully with all salads and fish, whether raw or grilled. Its youthful freshness makes it an ideal wine to accompany aperitifs and festive evenings.
