Crémant de Bourgogne Brut AOC Brut Simonnet-Febvre

The Crémant de Bourgogne Brut Blanc of Simonnet-Febvre, the only Maison of Chablis to produce Crémant, originates from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, coming from vineyards up to 20 years of age, placed in an ideal terroir for the viticulture of these variety, characterized by an important presence of clayey and calcareous soils.

After the classic white winemaking processes and the assembly of the two varieties, the prize de mousse takes place in the bottle according to the Classic Method, followed by aging on its lees for 24 months.

Straw yellow in color, with a subtle and persistent perlage. It opens to the nose with a fresh and intense scent of citrus hints. In the mouth it is elegant, persistent and well balanced.

Excellent to serve cold for an aperitif, it can accompany the whole meal, especially fish or shellfish dishes.
