Description
This Crémant de Bourgogne by Dufouleur Père et Fils is made from a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Gamay, and Aligoté, grape varieties that give this sparkling wine a balanced and refined profile.
The winemaking process includes a first fermentation in steel tanks, followed by a second fermentation in the bottle using the traditional method. The aging occurs on the lees for 16 months, imparting complexity and structure to the wine.
Characterized by a fine and persistent perlage, it presents itself with a bright golden hue. On the nose, it opens with notes of apricot and chestnut, evolving into floral hints of white flowers and honey. On the palate, it is soft and round, with a perfect balance between smoothness and acidity, leaving a persistent finish with pleasant fruity returns.
Perfect as an aperitif, it elegantly accompanies fish dishes, seafood, and delicate desserts.
