Dealurile Olteniei Rezerva Negru de Dragasani 2011 Prince Stirbey

Prince Stirbey's Dealurile Olteniei Negru de Dragasani Sec Rezerva was born in vineyards located in the historic wine-growing area of Dragasani, in Romania.

It is produced entirely with Negru de Dragasani grapes, manually harvested in boxes with selection in the vineyard. After the traditional fermentation in barrels, the wine ages for 12 months in oak barrels and for at least 9 months in glass before being marketed.

Prince Stirbey's Negru de Dragasani Sec has a straw yellow color. The nose opens with evident aromas of pepper and red fruit, enriched with spicy hints. On the palate it is pleasant and velvety, with balanced tannins that accompany a persistent finish.

Perfect to accompany smoked ham and red meats, it is ideal in combination with noble poultry.
