Description

Ribera del Duero Alexader Vs The Ham Factory of Casa Rojo was born in the Pàramo del Duero vineyards located in Pesquera, in the heart of the Castilla León region.

It is produced exclusively with Tinto Fino grapes harvested towards the end of October. The wine ages in oak barrels for 18 months, and for a further 6 months in bottle. The grapes of Casa Rojo wines are harvested and processed with the utmost respect for the natural qualities of the varieties, expressing the true essence of the terroir of origin.

It is characterized by a carmine red color, with intense purple reflections. The nose opens with pleasant toasted hints of tobacco and licorice. On the palate it is powerful and pleasantly round, with an aftertaste characterized by notes of fresh fruit.

Perfect to accompany grilled and roasted red meats, it is ideal in combination with dishes based on meat sauce and aged cheeses.
