Rueda DO Afortunado 2015 Viñedos Singulares

The Rueda Afortunado of Vinedos Singulares was born in vineyards located in Moraleja De Coca, Santiuste, Nava de la Asunciòn, Codorniz and Aldeanueva del Codonal.

It is produced entirely with Verdejo grapes, harvested late and selected entirely by hand in the second half of October. After a short cold maceration, the must ferments in steel at a controlled temperature for 20 days. Subsequently the wine rests on the fine lees in order to refine its organoleptic characteristics.

It has an intense greenish yellow color. The nose opens with a large and intense bouquet of tropical fruit. On the palate it is sweet and fresh, with a long and enveloping finish.

Perfect to accompany white meats and fish dishes, it is ideal in combination with sushi, seafood and shellfish.
