Valdeorras DO The Orange Republic 2016 Casa Rojo

The Orange Republic represents the newcomer to the fantastic Casa Rojo. It was born in the vineyards of the Spanish company located in Galicia, in the DO Valdeorras and is the work of the oenologists José Luis Gomez, Laura Munoz, Patrick Meraz and Pablo Ibanez.

Made with Godello grapes, harvested in the first half of September and carefully selected, this wine follows the classic white winemaking process, refining on the lees for a period of 5 months before being bottled.

The Orange Republic by Casa Rojo has a straw yellow color with soft golden reflections. The nose offers a fresh and powerful fruity aroma, with evident notes of pear, apricot, peach and banana. In the mouth it shows a unique envelopment, with a citrus aftertaste that accompanies a persistent finish.

A wine to be drunk in company, the new entry of Casa Rojo is perfect in combination with well-seasoned fish dishes. Special with a well flavored baked fish.
