Description

Duchessa Lia's Dolcetto d'Alba is a Piedmontese red wine made from Dolcetto grapes, characterized by an intense color with violet reflections. It is a versatile table wine, appreciated for its straightforward and honest nature, making it suitable for many convivial occasions.

The winemaking follows traditional red methods, with controlled temperature fermentation to enhance the fruity profile and maintain the balance between freshness and structure. Aging takes place in steel tanks to preserve the aromatic integrity of the grape variety.

On the nose it is intense and fruity, with hints of ripe cherry and small red fruits. On the palate, it is harmonious, with good body, moderate tannins, and a pleasant almond-like aftertaste that prolongs its persistence.

It pairs well with rustic soups and game dishes.
