Description
The Duck of the L'Olmaia brewery is a reinterpretation of the famous Belgian Strong Ale. A dark beer that in itself has a complex and fascinating character.
This beer has a coppery brown color, with an abundant and persistent foam. The nose brings immediate spicy hints with caramelized and hoppy notes; over time, letting it warm up, it releases a scent of marzipan. On the palate, bitterness dominates, with peppery undertones and a long and intense finish.
Olmaia's Duck is perfect with red meats and stewed meats.
