Description

Bombay's London Dry Gin East was born as a tribute to the Far East, a place where the Master of Botanicals Ivan Tonutti found exotic botanicals to produce this truly exclusive gin. Thai lemongrass and Vietnamese black peppercorns are added to the classic botanical blend, combined by steam infusion for an unparalleled result.

Its appearance is clear and lucid. The nose dominates the scent of black pepper which is accompanied by the typical aroma of juniper, with a generous hint of citrus in the finish. Balance and complexity are the most representative gustatory characteristics of East, which brings notes of almond and cassia bark, with an oriental touch of base.

Excellent in a Gin Tonic, it is an interesting base for cocktails especially for a Negroni.
