Description

Bolle di Lambrusco To You was born from a really fun and innovative idea of Cantine Ceci. The original blackboard bottle, equipped with chalk and eraser, is created to give free rein to the artistic fantasy that is in each of us.

It is made entirely with Lambrusco Maestri grapes, harvested in early October and macerated, for about a week, at low temperature.

It has a purplish red color and a very intense bouquet of strawberries, blackberries and raspberries, with delicate undergrowth notes. In the mouth it is soft and balanced, with excellent acidity that balances good tannins.

It is a versatile wine, to be drunk fresh in the company of friends. Excellent to accompany cold cuts and cold cuts, meat sauce, first courses and a good well-assorted pizza.
