Etna Bianco DOC Ante 2016 I Vigneri - I Custodi delle vigne dell'Etna

The Etna Bianco Ante de I Custodi of the vineyards of Etna is born in vineyards located on the north side of Etna.

It is mainly produced with Carricante grapes and with Minnella and Grecanico grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand between the end of September and the beginning of October. After soft pressing of the whole berries, fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 20 ° C. Subsequently the wine ages for about 12 months in the same steel tanks and for at least 6 months in the bottle, before being marketed.

The Etna Bianco Ante de I Custodi of the Etna vineyards is characterized by a straw-greenish yellow color. The nose opens with evident citrus aromas, enriched with notes of anise. On the palate it is dry, harmonious and well structured, with a pleasantly spicy and mineral aftertaste.

This white wine is ideal for pairing fish dishes.
