Description
Ca' del Diavolo's Franciacorta Brut, presented in a prestigious wooden case, embodies the charm and excellence of Franciacorta's winemaking tradition. Its distinctive label, inspired by medieval esoteric symbols, evokes a blend of history, art, and the magic of winemaking, making it a unique and captivating product.
This cuvée is the result of a blend mainly of Chardonnay and a portion of Pinot Noir, with grapes selected from fifteen vineyards located in seven municipalities of Franciacorta. After gentle pressing, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16°C, preserving the varietal characteristics. The base wines are vinified separately for each vineyard and then assembled to create a perfect balance. The wine ages on the lees for at least 18 months under ideal conditions to ensure finesse and aromatic complexity.
Bright straw yellow in color, it stands out for its fine and persistent perlage. The nose offers floral and fruity aromas, enriched by hints of bread crust resulting from the long aging. On the palate, it is harmonious and elegant, with good structure and a pleasant persistence that enhances its drinkability.
Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs wonderfully with fish dishes and white meats.
