Franciacorta DOCG Brut Le Quattro Terre Franciacorta

The Franciacorta Brut of the Le Quattro Terre company comes from vineyards located in the Brescia municipality of Corte Franca, in the heart of the Franciacorta DOCG.

It is produced exclusively with Chardonnay grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. After fermentation in stainless steel tanks, this wine ages on the lees for 18 months. This is followed by sparkling wine according to the canons of the Classic Method which involves refermentation and further refinement of 36 months in the bottle.

The Brut from Le Quattro Terre is characterized by a straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with elegant floral notes, enriched with delicate hints of yellow fruit. On the palate it is full and flowing, with a good balance.

Perfect to accompany fish-based first courses and appetizers, this sparkling wine is ideal in combination with crustaceans and molluscs.
