Description

The Franciacorta Brut Limited Edition "Black Magic" by Ca' del Diavolo is a refined sparkling wine made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes grown in the vineyards located in Erbusco, in the heart of Franciacorta. The vineyards, situated 300 meters above sea level with a north-east exposure, rest on loamy soils and are home to vines with an average age of 20 years, ensuring an optimal balance between structure and finesse.

The vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks, where the wine matures for 10 months, maintaining the varietal characteristics unaltered. The aging continues on the lees in the bottle for at least 18 months, according to the dictates of the classic method, giving the wine greater complexity, elegance, and aromatic persistence.

In appearance, it shows a fine and continuous perlage. On the nose, it expresses a delicate yet decisive aroma, while on the palate, it reveals itself as intense, fresh, and well-balanced, with lively acidity and an elegant bubble, truly reflecting the terroir of origin.

Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs delightfully with fish and shellfish dishes.
