Description
The Bratus Rosè Millesimato of the Fratus company comes from vineyards, organically run, located in the hilly terrain of Montorfano, in Cologne, in the famous Franciacorta area.
It is mainly produced with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, harvested entirely by hand. This Brut Millesimato is obtained only in particular vintages from the traditional pressing of Chardonnay grapes, while the Pinot Noir must ferments for a short period at low temperature, in contact with its skins. The refinement in the bottle is long lasting.
The Bratus Rosé Millesimato di Fratus has an intense pink color and a very fine and abundant perlage. The nose offers a delicate fruit fragrance with interesting hints in the background. In the mouth it is very fruity due to the long refinement, great composure and sumptuous harmony.
It fits perfectly for the aperitif moment. It is also ideal with appetizers and vegetables.
