Description

The Franciacorta Brut Cabochon Spumante of Monte Rossa is born in the vineyards located in the morainic hills of the municipality of Bornato.

It is mainly produced with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, harvested only by hand. Fermentation takes place in oak barrels at controlled temperature for about 6 months. Subsequently the wine ages in the bottle for 36 months before being placed on the market.

It is characterized by a bright golden yellow color. The nose opens with aromas of pink grapefruit and fresh almond, enriched with pleasant saline and biscuit touches. On the palate it is dense and full, with a mix of acidity and flavor. The wine has a persistent finish, with a pleasant nutty aftertaste.

Perfect to accompany aperitifs and cold cuts, it is ideal in combination with shellfish and fish dishes.
