Franciacorta DOCG Rosé Cuvée Prestige Edizione 47 Ca' del Bosco

Cuvée Prestige Rosé is the exclusive Franciacorta created by Ca' del Bosco to celebrate the delicate strength of the indissoluble bond between Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. A love story sealed by a “rosé” maceration of Pinot Noir skins for 24-36 hours, just enough to “seize the moment” and achieve that particular and delicate shade of pink.

This Franciacorta is exceptional right from the pressing of the grapes: the selected Pinot Noir bunches undergo a true spa treatment, subjected to a unique washing and hydromassage process through three soaking tanks and a drying tunnel, while the Chardonnay grapes are pressed whole to obtain only the best part. After maceration, another 7 months of maturation are awaited for the “magical ritual” of creating the cuvée with the Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wines.

The pink color reminiscent of sunset and endless chains of bubbles hypnotize the gaze, while the extraordinary aromas of this Franciacorta Rosé entice the nose with fresh notes of peony and delight with juicy scents of pomegranate and strawberry, preparing the palate for a unique pleasure you wish would never end.
