Description

Quadra's Green Vegan was born in the splendid and prestigious setting of Franciacorta, in Lombardy.

Made in absolute respect of the Vegan philosophy, this sparkling wine is obtained from the assembly of Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir grapes, harvested between mid-August and late September. Following the classic method of sparkling wine, it ages for 48 months in the bottle, in contact with the yeasts.

Franciacorta Green Vegan shows a straw yellow color, a persistent perlage and a very creamy foam. The nose has typical sensations of white fruit and citrus fruit, seasoned with a delicate and growing aroma of yeast and bread crust. In the mouth it is very fresh, fruity and of excellent overall harmony.

Perfect for the aperitif moment, it proves very interesting also in combination with vegetable and egg dishes.
