Description

Casa delle Colonne Zero is a non-dosed Franciacorta, Dosaggio Zero in fact, which belongs to the Freccianera line of Fratelli Berlucchi. It is composed of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, coming from the Mantighì and Tre Camini vineyards, located on the hills of Borgonato and Torbiato.

The soft pressing of the still whole bunches is followed by an initial fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. After the sparkling process according to the Classic Method, it ages on its own yeasts for at least 90 months.

With an intense golden yellow color to the eye and a fine and persistent perlage, it opens on citrus and mineral notes, with hints of smoky scents. On the palate it is pleasantly savory and persistent.

Perfect to serve with crudités, especially with an oyster dish.
