Description

Lancini Franciacorta Satèn is made from Chardonnay grapes, a refined and elegant expression of the Franciacorta tradition. The dosage helps preserve its balance and delicacy, enhancing the wine’s harmonious character.

The grapes undergo gentle, low-yield pressing, followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and partial maturation in oak barrels. Tirage takes place in the spring following the harvest, with aging continuing for over 30 months on the lees, followed by a further 6 months’ rest after disgorgement.

Straw yellow in appearance. The nose reveals aromas of white-fleshed fruit and citrus, accompanied by delicate hints of vanilla. On the palate it stands out for freshness and suppleness, with a silky mousse that, together with the finesse of wood-aged Chardonnay, delivers a delicate and elegant sip.

Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs beautifully with seafood appetizers, risottos, fish dishes, white meats, mildly aged cheeses, and delicate or lightly spiced preparations.
