Description

The Franciacorta Satèn of the Romantic company was born in vineyards located in the Brescia municipality of Passirano, in Lombardy.

It is produced exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand in the second decade of August. After the classic white winemaking processes, the second fermentation takes place by refermentation in the bottle, according to the Classic Method, with aging for 24 months on its lees.

Franciacorta Satèn by Romantica is characterized by a straw yellow color with golden hues, and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with delicate notes of white flowers enriched with hints of dried fruit. On the palate it is savory and fresh, pleasantly soft and silky.

Ideal as an aperitif, this sparkling wine goes perfectly with refined first courses based on vegetables and shellfish.
