Description
Frascati Superiore Santa Teresa di Fontana Candida was born in vineyards located in Santa Teresa, in the municipality of Rome.
It is produced 50% with Malvasia di Candia grapes, 30% with Malvasia puntinata grapes from Lazio, 10% with Trebbiano toscano grapes and 10% with Greco grapes. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15-16 ° C. Subsequently the wine is refined in the same containers, before being bottled.
Santa Teresa is characterized by a light gold color. The nose opens with a delicate floral bouquet, enriched with pleasant spicy sage notes. On the palate it is full, pleasantly soft and fresh. The wine has a distinct persistent sweet almond base.
Perfect to accompany appetizers and first courses, it is ideal in combination with fish and white meat dishes.
