Description
The Friuli Colli Orientali Friulano of the Tenuta di Angoris was born in vineyards located in Stabili della Rocca, in the municipality of Cormòns, the capital of Friuli wine.
It is produced exclusively with Friulano grapes, harvested towards the end of September. After cold maceration, the must ferments at controlled temperature for 10 days, then rests for 8 months in stainless steel containers. Finally, the wine rests for 30 days in the bottle before being marketed.
It is characterized by a straw yellow color with golden reflections. The nose opens with a delicate and floral bouquet, with elegant scents of acacia enriched with pleasant hints of peach, pear and almond. On the palate it is soft, harmonious, pleasantly warm and long, with a balanced and creamy body. At the end it has pleasant flavors of bitter almond.
Perfect to accompany cold cuts and cold cuts, it is ideal in combination with seafood, shellfish and vegetables.
