Friuli Isonzo DOC Pinot Grigio Villa Locatelli 2015 Tenuta di Angoris

This Pinot Grigio is born inside the vineyards of Villa Locatelli di Angoris, in the Friuli Isonzo DOC.

It is produced exclusively with Pinot Grigio grapes, selected and harvested in early September. After a short cold maceration and fermentation at controlled temperature, the wine is left to rest for 5 months in special stainless steel containers.

Pinot Grigio Villa Locatelli of Angoris is characterized by a medium intensity straw yellow color. The nose offers fruity aromas of peach and apricot, with delicate notes of wildflowers in the background. In the mouth it is dry and medium-structured, with a rather persistent finish.

Excellent for the aperitif moment, it is ideal in combination with steamed fish and fish and vegetable appetizers.
