Description
The Galaxie Chardonnay Barrel represents one of the Saison of the BrewFist brewery. This beer is certainly one of the flagships of the Lombard company, as it is aged in Chardonnay barrels before being bottled.
It is characterized by an opalescent golden blonde color. The nose releases spicy and woody aromas, mainly obtained from wood, with well-perceived fruity notes and sensations of white grapes. In the mouth, fruit dominates, with confectioned sensations followed by bitter citric notes, well accompanied by a pepper aroma with a great softness, always derived from barrel aging.
This beer goes very well with roasted or grilled fish dishes, also excellent with seasoned cheeses or well-assorted appetizers.
