Description
Gavi di Ricossa was born in Monferrato, in the hilly area between Alessandria and Asti, from vineyards located on calcareous and clayey soils, with a mixture of tuff and siliceous stones.
Cortese grapes are vinified in white, followed by a short period of aging in the bottle.
Pale straw yellow in color, the nose reveals hints of white flowers and fruit. On the palate it is fresh and harmonious.
Excellent in combination with seafood appetizers, salads and fish and vegetable first courses.
