Description

The Grappa Pinot Nero di Franciacorta Barricata of the Franciacorta Distilleries is obtained by separating the alcoholic part and other aromatic substances from the fermenting marc, followed by discontinuous distillation in copper stills in a bain-marie. We then proceed to the aging phase for 12 months in oak barriques.

In the glass it has a golden yellow color. The nose offers precious fruity sensations that recall the aromatic characteristics of the grape of origin. On the palate it is characterized by a soft and round taste.

Ideal for a smooth consumption at the end of the meal.
