Description

This reserve grappa from Distilleria Bottega is born from the distillation of the pomace of Glera grapes, used for the production of the famous Prosecco. A product of the distillers' mastery, it stands out for its purity and transparency of the distillate, transforming the raw material into a product of great character. The aging in noble woods gives it further complexity, enriching it with aromatic nuances and giving it the typical intense amber color.

The grappa is distilled using a traditional method that enhances its varietal characteristics. Subsequently, the long aging in selected wooden barrels gives it a velvety and soft structure, amplifying its aromatic profile. The interaction with the wood adds spicy and toasted notes, providing a depth that makes it unique and enveloping.

On the nose, it opens with intense and elegant aromas, characterized by notes of dried fruit, raisins, and vanilla, with hints of cocoa and sweet spices. On the palate, it is rich and enveloping, with a perfect balance between the spicy sensations and those imparted by the wood aging. Its aromatic persistence makes it ideal for a refined tasting experience.

Perfect for sipping at the end of a meal as a meditative distillate, it pairs beautifully with dark chocolate, cocoa-based sweets, and dry pastries.
