Description
Greco di Tufo Cutizzi by Feudi di San Gregorio is made from vineyards located in the town of Santa Paolina, in the heart of the enchanting Irpinian landscape. The presence of iron, magnesium, and potassium in the soils gives this wine an extraordinary minerality.
It is made entirely from Greco grapes, handpicked and carefully selected by skilled hands. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16-18°C. Afterwards, the wine remains for 12 months in steel, on its own lees, refining its organoleptic characteristics.
It exhibits a straw yellow color with golden reflections. On the nose, it opens with clear sensations of green plum and Mastantuono pear, enriched by balsamic notes of mint. On the palate, it is fresh and full-bodied, with an excellent minerality that leads to a long and pleasant finish.
Perfect to accompany seafood crudo and buffalo mozzarella, it is ideal paired with sea bass acqua pazza and oven-baked pezzogna.
