Hop House 13 Lager Guinness
Description
Hop House 13 is a high fermentation lager that is part of the Guinness Brewer's Project experiments, within which a group of enterprising brewers collaborates to create extraordinary beers, the result of new recipes or the reinterpretation of the existing ones . The beer is obtained from pure toasted malt of Irish origin and from a double dose of aromatic hops of Australian and American origin which contribute to giving this lager greater character.
It has a golden amber color and a very dense foam. The nose perceives bright floral and citrus aromas. On the palate it is tasty and refreshing, with hints of apricot, peach and slight hints of malt.
Ideal in combination with summer salads or grilled red meat.
The name Hop House 13 derives from the Hop Store n ° 13 of the St. James Gate which contains the Galaxy, Topaz and Mosaic hops, necessary for its preparation.
